Photona is an annual light show for the University of North Carolina School of the Arts run by 4th year students. As a 3rd year at the time, I was the Assistant Production Manager. This left me in charge of creating drafts of the schedule, taking meeting minutes, and communication with the department.

To the left is an example of a daily schedule. Each column is a design team with each slot being a different space where they could pre-visulize their designs. I was in charge of making sure they had equal time in the different suites as each suite has different pros and cons.
To the right is one of the pieces of paperwork I made solely for me to keep track of the hours everyone spent in the suites. This gave me a paper trail in case teams came to me with concerns.

One of my other main tasks was taking meeting minutes for the Production Manager while he was leading the meetings. This set me up to know how the meetings should be led when I step up as Production Manager in 2024. This document lets everyone remember what was talked about and ensures everyone is on the same page.
