As a production assistant on Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix my role was doing all I could to make crew be able to do their job as smoothly as possible. This included credentials, catering numbers, radio assignments, and parking.

As much as I was the point person between production and crew, I was also there to help production schedule meetings, manage files, and be the eyes and ears on site for those who were not there daily.

Throughout the process, I thoroughly enjoyed being the point person for questions from crew members. This allowed the rest of the production team to stay focused on the constantly arising issues while crew were still able to receive answers on living logistics. It also allowed me to know the team and gain a level of trust with them.

Another large aspect of this job was staying proactive with the constantly changing environment. As schedules changed, it affected many other departments such as catering. It was my responsibility to get these interdepartmental changes to other realms of Formula 1 in order for everything to remain running smoothly.
